60-90 minutes before the booth starts to ensure everything is ready for your event.

Our backdrop options are based on the selected package. You are able to add on any photobooths not included in your package for a fee.

We recommend a minimum setup area of 10 feet by 10 feet, depending on the selected package. Access to a standard electrical outlet is required.

We take a $100 deposit to secure your date, then the remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

Props - If you require themed props, we can accommodate; If you have not selected the Unforgettable package and you want to add themed props, it is an additional charge.

Prints - We can customize the layout of your prints. We require your logos and ideas before the event. If you do not have this included in your package, you can add it for an additional charge. 

Deposits are non-refundable because it reserveces your event date. Additional cancellation details will be outlined in the rental agreement. 

Most galleries are delivered within 24-72 hours after your event.
